Ansel Acacia Serving Board

Solid acacia with visible grain and a hand-finished edge. Heavy enough to stay put while you are cutting on it, thin enough to carry to the table one-handed.

Oil it when the surface starts to look dry — two or three times a year is usually enough. Knife marks will show, and the board looks better for having them.

• Care — Hand wash and dry immediately. Re-oil occasionally. Not dishwasher safe
