California law gives residents a say over whether a business sells or shares their personal information. This page explains those rights and how Velvara responds when you use them. Customers outside California get the same treatment.
What California Law Gives You (CCPA and CPRA)
The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) amended the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Together they let a California resident tell a business to stop selling their personal information, and to stop sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
What Velvara Does With Your Data
Velvara does not sell customer data. Nothing is shared for cross-context behavioural advertising either, and there are no advertising tags on the site.
Companies that process payments, run order management, deliver email, host the site or carry parcels get the minimum their job requires, under contracts that forbid any use of it for their own purposes. Passing data to them in that way is not a sale.
Sending a Request
Want to record an opt-out anyway, or see the information we keep on you? Write to support@velvaraliving.com, put "Privacy request: Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject, and tell us:
- your full name
- the email address on your orders
After You Ask
We acknowledge your request and may ask you to confirm that the orders belong to you. Within 30 days of receipt we complete the request and confirm by email. If more time is needed, we explain why and give you a new date.
We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Your prices, service and treatment stay exactly the same whether or not you make a request.
