Cancel an order

Fill in the form with your order number and the email you checked out with. Someone on our team reads each request within one business day.

If the order is still with us, we stop it and return the whole amount to the card or account you paid with. If it has already been handed to the carrier, it cannot be called back; once it reaches you, send it back under the Refund Policy.
